What You'll Do
You'll be at the heart of our customer experience, helping keep our office running smoothly and making sure every customer feels taken care of.

Be the voice of our agency. Answer incoming calls with warmth, confidence, and a genuine desire to help.

Make people feel welcome. Greet customers visiting our office and create a great first impression.

Be a problem solver. Help customers with questions, policy changes, billing inquiries, and everyday service needs.

Spot opportunities to help. Listen, ask thoughtful questions, recognize customer needs, and connect them with the right team member.

Keep our team connected. Schedule customer appointments and coordinate follow-ups.

Handle the important details. Assist with underwriting requests, documentation, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Who We're Looking For
Personality matters here! Insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are even more important.
You'll be a great fit if you:

This position is with Stephanie Fetzer State Farm, an independent contractor State Farm agent. Team members are employed by the agent, not State Farm Insurance Companies. Applicable licensing requirements may apply.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Bloomington, MN and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
