RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries with care and efficiency
- Maintain and update client records accurately
- Support customer retention initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to ensure outstanding client satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No insurance experience necessary
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service experience preferred
- Calm and composed under high-stress situations

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
